About the Role

We are looking for a Network Administrator for the IT Infrastructure team. Your main role is to maintain a reliable, secure and efficient data communications network. The ideal new team member for this role will be able to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment in order to ensure smooth network operation.

Responsibilities

As a Network Administrator, your main tasks are:

  • Network devices configuration, operational support, problem resolution and perform hardware installations and upgrades as required, keeping security aspects in mind
  • Implementation, testing and documentation of new and old infrastructure components, services and enhancements
  • Network devices health and performance monitoring including responding to network issues

  • Troubleshooting network issues and outages on a hardware/​OS/​application level

  • Document operational and technical procedures for the system(s) and act as a technical resource to staff and system users

  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and off-peak maintenance and troubleshooting activities

Profile

As a Network Administrator, you’ll need to have:

  • Strong background in configuring JUNOS based firewalls and switches using CLI
  • Strong experience in network equipment configuration and monitoring
  • Experience with BGP, OSPF routing protocols and troubleshooting

  • Experience with managing WiFi controller based networks

  • Experience with scripting: bash, perl, python or equivalent

  • Experience in troubleshooting operating system network issues

  • Result oriented mindset

  • At least 5 years recent experience in installing and configuring network devices

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Estonian and English

  • Ability to work with team and partners in multiple geographical locations

  • Readiness to be reachable and work outside business hours if necessary
