About The Role

Your role will be taking part in testing processes, performing analysis of requirements and building testing plans. Testing the functionality and quality of software from end user perspective on different platforms. Registering detected bugs and being actively involved in fixing process. Creating and running automated tests. You will be working in a small development team located in Tallinn or Tartu and be a part of an international organization where most of the clients and market is growing overseas. You will be making build decisions, influencing product development and participating in more complex integration projects.

Profile:

  • Define quality criteria and measure the readiness of release milestones
  • Analyze failures and identify root causes 
  • Strategize and work with developers to enable end to end functional test automation in a continuous integration environment
  • Work closely and proactively with the developers and operations team to create a comprehensive test strategy

Required:

  • BSc or MSc degree in CS or equivalent years of work experience
  • 3 to 5 years years of experience performing manual and automated functional testing with web and client/server applications 
  • Test automation experience in Java/C/C++/C#/Python
  • Working knowledge of testing scalable web services
  • Experience working in Linux environments
  • Strong written and spoken English 
  • Good communication skills, not afraid to work in multicultural and multi-language company
  • Ability to work with team and partners in multiple geographical locations
  • Context-Driven approach for testing
