About the Role

Your role will be taking part in testing processes, performing analysis of requirements and building testing plans for software building upon the KSI Blockchain foundation layer to solve real-world problems in a variety of sectors. Testing the functionality, robustness, and quality of software from an end-user perspective on different platforms (locally, within test harness environments and cloud infrastructures such as Azure and AWS). Registering detected bugs and being actively involved in the fixing process. Creating and running automated tests including automated deployment. You will be working in a small development team located in Guildford, UK and be a part of an international organisation who has an excellent reach into some of the most prestigious organisations in the world, designing solutions across a range of verticals such as Healthcare, Finance, Supply chain, Insurance, and Defence. You will be making build decisions, influencing product development and participating in more complex integration projects. This role represents an excellent opportunity to be hands-on and involved in the latest cybersecurity and blockchain techniques and technologies and suits an engineer who is interested and committed.   • BSc or MSc degree in CS or equivalent years of work experience
  • Ideally 2 or 3+ years of experience performing manual and automated functional testing with web and client/server applications (a graduate with a I or II.I computer science or software engineering degree also considered)
  • Test automation experience ideally with GoLang (or in Java/C/C++/C#/Python)
  • Working knowledge of testing scalable web services
  • Experience working in Linux environments
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Good communication skills, not afraid to work in a multicultural and multi-language company
  • Context-Driven approach for testing
