His experience includes IT infrastructure development as lead and architect, as well several long term participations in national ID card development , digital signature, governmental e-voting projects and working groups. Kaido has first hand experience in defending national critical infrastructure from cyber attacks since 2003, including well known Estonian cyber conflict of 2007. Kaido possesses and maintains qualification for several security certifications, including CISSP, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC.
